Unlike a villa tour, this is a little more DIY. The way that these tours work is that once you arrive within the destination you will be greeted by your guide who will be on hand through your stay to advise help and translate. Your stay will be in a nice hotel in the main area of Phuket in Thailand or Cebu or/ Manila in the Philippines. Once you are in your hotel and freshened up you will be taken to the bar for your first night, this is complimentary including your female companion and four drinks and food for the both of you. This will get you in the swing of how this works. The holiday trips are arranged between yourself and your tour guide who will be on hand to help and advise. If travelling alone you will also be linked up with other travellers on the same tour so you will not be alone, although there are plenty of women so you should not have any reason to be on your own at any point.
